TLBC is husband and wife, Warwick and Kylie Little. Warwick is the head brewer and Kylie is the chief cook and bottle washer.Warwick started brewing in 1997 after attending a BBQ and tasting home brew. His curiosity got the better of him. He’s always been a full mash brewer, which is the same process used in the brewery now, but on a much smaller scale.Warwick has honed his craft over the years, encouraged by industry personnel and excellent results in state and national amateur brewing championships on his first and only showings, including a grand champion of show.A university degree in wine science and wine laboratory experience completes the picture.A hobby turned into a passion, turned into a vocation and family business.
