Outback Brewery

The Outback Brewery was originally established in 2002 located in Sydneyï¿½s western suburb, Woodpark. The beer recipes and processes have evolved from years of brewing experience along with some variations of the Colonial Breweryï¿½s practices. When the old Colonial was shut down some of itï¿½s equipment and traditions were adopted by Outback Brewery. Now owned and operated by three Aussieï¿½s who love to make preservative and chemical free beer. Beers which are hand crafted with the use of modern day technologies along with traditions which make our beer totally unique.
