"Beard & Brau is a South Australian manufacturer of handcrafted micro brewed beer, currently producing bottle-conditioned ales in 12-packs and 50ltr kegs. An exciting recent addition to the local brewing scene, Beard & Brau brewery had their brewing system, manufactured by "the Pub Brew Company", imported from the United States in early 2008. After much testing, tasting and re-testing, the brewery launched with two beers in December 2008. Key principles surrounding the brews are: consistency, quality, flavour and natural ingredients (no chemical preservatives are used).
