Barley:
A cereal grain that is kilned to create malt. Malt is one of the main ingredients used in beer.
Australian IPA
The Australian IPA is a very different when compared with the English IPA but is typically similar to the American IPA.
More flavorful than the English IPA, colour can range from very pale golden to deep red amber.
Hops are typically American with big floral or fruity characteristics, bitterness is in the upper ranges also. Medium bodied with a balancing malt aftertaste.
