This is The Little Brewing Company’s version of a Belgian Strong (Dark) Abbey Ale using 100% European speciality malts and two separate yeast strains. The beer is ‘bottle conditioned’ and undergoes a minimum of three months careful cellaring before release. This beer is made with finesse in true Belgian style with its alcohol content well hidden beneath the complex flavour.

| Nice amber colour with little hint of taste to come. A confusing range of flavours with noticeable almond. Strong alcohol really lingers in the mouth. | ||||
