This is The Little Brewing Company’s version of a Belgian Strong (Dark) Abbey Ale using 100% European speciality malts and two separate yeast strains. The beer is ‘bottle conditioned’ and undergoes a minimum of three months careful cellaring before release. This beer is made with finesse in true Belgian style with its alcohol content well hidden beneath the complex flavour.

Nice amber colour with little hint of taste to come. A confusing range of flavours with noticeable almond. Strong alcohol really lingers in the mouth.
