	a masterful beer, truly in a league of its own. A pleasure to drink. As a lover of the American Pale Ale style, this beer is the benchmark. I would travel to Tassie just to drink this stuff on tap, damn near perfection!

	Poured how a Pale Ale should. Lovely golden colour with a nice thick head. Has a late bitterness that reminds me of the old Cascade Pale Ale of the 60's/ 70's. Really enjoyed this beer and would love to sit down to a couple of 6 packs.
