Excellent Pale Ale, heavier on the hops than alot of other examples of Pales but that's what I like about it. Perfect with spicy foods as its fruity nose and bitter finish cuts right through chilli and spice. Nice work boys!!!

Poured a lovely copper colour with a rich head that laced the glass right to the end. the citrus aroma also lasted for the whole glass. A bit more tweeking and this will be a fantastic ale. They are nearly there.
