Island Pale is a true single malt ale made using all natural ingredients sourced from Kangaroo Island, including barley and honey. Island Brew Island Pale is the first of its kind. It is the one and only true beer on Kangaroo Island that is made from local produce. Island Pale is made exclusively from Kangaroo Island Gairdner barley and Ligurian honey. It is a well balanced beer with no preservatives.
