It is an all malt beer thatis crisp and fresh, it perfectly compliments spicy Asian food where its balance of citrus lifts the seafood notes of dishes such as crabin ginger and chilli of freshly battered whiting. Lovely amber colour with a fruity and spicy flavour. Great with a big T-Bone.
