A traditional German style wheat ale, this beer is brewed in the Yarra Valley with 50% wheat and 50%barley. It is lightly bittered with noble hops grown in the Hallertau region of Bavaria. Conditioning occurs in the bottle, and provides some prominent estery notes of cloves and vanilla.

A lovely banana and clove flavour when you opened and poured into the glass. Tasted average as a Hefe. Have tried better.
