This bottom-fermented, dark, full-bodied beer is for connoisseurs. Mildly hopped and delicious, with a rich malt flavour.

| Quite impressive. From the first examination this beer holds true to it’s name: “Dark Beer” – it is the kind of dark beer brewed with skill and resulting not necessarily in a very dark-coloured liquid, rather a dark-ish liquid that seems to strangely block out lots of light when you try to look through it – which is good. The aroma also hints at the type of beer right off the bat, as well as containing some exciting-smelling variations in it alone. The taste thereafter & throughout does not disappoint, and once again promotes its Dark Beer & European heritage quite well. A fairly simple stubby bottle with OK labelling, a point off alone for the smaller (than 375mL) 330mL volume it is marketed in. Certainly an option every now and then. | ||||
