Where did I start with this fine outstanding beer? Firstly the aroma is strong, fruity and floral with a little hops detectable. The aroma alone is quite complex and unique for an Australian Beer (well that I've reviewed to date anyway).

Appearance it is very pale, very pale and looks watered down a little but it has an excellent head and is carbonated well.

This first sip however is where it all happens. Initially you are presented with quite complex flavours which are sweet, fruity and bitter all in one. This is followed up with a crisp malty flavour which leaves behind a wonderful lingering bitterness.

As with any Beer remember the liking of the flavour will vary from person to person and the complexity of this beer might actually be its downfall for some drinkers. Overall this is a very high quality beer and would suit well with just about any dining experience - even seafood. I can't really fault this beer except it is a little too pale for my liking almost resembling a wine rather then a beer.
