I love this beer, its just nicer then my usual CC, and my partner who is a Tooheys New man, really likes it as well (it's actually the only beer he will drink apart from new); its a great fresh taste and I like the shape of the bottle, I actually travel past a few bottlo's to purchase this great beer!

Not bad. Not as good as I expected, however. Attractive from the start – the bottle looks pretty good, the labelling does look a tad cheesy, but still OK. An attractive & somewhat alluring aroma, followed by a taste dominated by an unexpected sharpness that detracts from the experience slightly, for mine. Seems to come through with the underlying great taste of Carlton Cold beer, but falls short in overall results. At 6.5% alcohol another relatively high alcohol beer, and I like seeing more of this. Cannot recall the exact size of the volume of the stubby I had, but I imagine it was the same as I have seen referred to elsewhere – 355mL, a point off for that alone (i.e. marketed in a bottle less than 375mL in size). I’ll try it again sometime, but doubt I’ll develop any attraction to it.
