Byron Bay Premium Ale has a percentage of crystal malt included in the brew, which is high in antioxidants, well known for their health benifits. A premium golden beer with a nice white head structure and fine beads of carbonation, typical of a naturally carbonated product. The initial malt sweetness is balanced with the refreshing finish.

| Smells and tastes excellant from start to finish with a smooth aftertaste. Due to no preservatives there is no hangover after a solid night of drinking. Packaging is striking to say the least. Have added to my most favoured list of beers. | |||

| Very impressive. Smells & tastes good right from the start. Continued to taste nice right throughout, including a somewhat subtle bitterness and smooth aftertaste - both adding to the overall experience favourably. Didn't even notice it was an "All Natural Brew - No Chemicals/Preserves/Added Sugar" until just now - even more impressive a result given those facts. Would have scored more if it was packaged in the full 375mL stubby and is a bit cheaper (than $4.00 for the single 330mL bottle). I will aim to look out for it again in future. | |||
