A full-flavoured, mid-strength ale brewed in the style of a classic English Bitter. This fantastic sessional ale obtains its character from delicious, rounded English malts and firmly bitter hop additions. East Kent Goldings and Fuggles are the traditional hops for this style, imparting a floral, earthy, woody, grassy aroma.A toasty, biscuity, maltiness is apparent in its deep copper hue.

Available on Tap at the Brewhouse.

I'm not much for mid-strengths, but had a pot of Dogs Bollocks for review purposes. This brew has the full feel and balance of an English bitter! If I had ordered one without reading the brew card, I'd never had known it was only 3.5%! A worthy beer to have with lunch!
