A natural byproduct of yeast which can taste like butter or butterscotch. Depending on the style of beer some brewers aim to have small amounts of detectable Diacetyl, whilst others frown upon it and take steps to avoid it as much as possible.

Bacchus do German style pilseners very well. And this beer is no exception. This is a beauty, another classic Bacchus original.This beer takes you to the beer halls in Germany, complete with the medium colour and the magnificent malt flavour. Another loved Bacchus Original. |
