Lucky is a uniquely asian-styled Lager. Brewed in Australia using only premium 100% natural ingredients. Lucky beer has a clean, classic-style with a crisp fresh finish. A fusion of rice, malted barley abd Czech hops.

Lucky beer is fermented at a cool temperature to allow an aromatic rich, yet curiously light style of beer.

The bottle, oh the bottle. Its all about the effort put into the bottle for this beer. A bottle shaped like a budha is enough for me to warrant a 5/5 for Experience.

The aroma is crisp and sharp with hints of hops and it sort of reminds me of Asahi, but only a little.

It pours like any other beer, a nice thin head with a good amount of bubbles, although there is nothing all that grabbing about it. Shame given the extent of eye-grabbing-ness the bottle holds.

When you first taste it, if you are like me, you'll be like huh, what is this? I really couldn't put my finger on it as to what style of beer this is meant to be. There are rice lager flavours in there, yet there are also Pilsner flavours and a reasonally unexpected medium bitterness. Unforunately the complex flavours do not last long, and certainly not long enough for you to savour the complexity of this beer.

The flavour certainly is unique, and I imagine it would go fantastically with a nice stir-fry or asian inspired meal.
