Common Beer Terms
Bottle Conditioning:
Bottle conditioning is a secondary (or tertiary) fermentation process which occurs when yeast and sugars are added directly to the bottle during the bottling phase. This assists the beer with a slightly higher alcohol content, but more importantly a longer shelf life without the need for preservatives.

| I could detect some faint honey flavours in the aroma and also in the aftertaste. It was too faint, hence the low Aroma rating. Although this could be due to me being a little ill at the time. So I'd love to re-rate this beer for that reason. Good amount of bitterness, with a sweet fruity flavour. Once poured it held the head quite nicely and had a nice straw colour to it. Perfect amount of carbination too. Would make for a great Summer drink and I would certainly buy it again. | ||||
